I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\plugins\finder\easysocialvideos\easysocialvideos.php and then try purge all the index data from your backend > Component> smart search > click purge button > then click `index` button. (make sure load complete)

After done it, go to your frontend and see is it still hitting that issue?
