I've inspected your site element, it seems like that styling is added by this extension -> com_rsform

If I untick that background color, it will show the same color with your homepage.

You can refer on my attached screenshot below.

JoomlaFolder/media/com_rsform/css/frameworks/uikit/uikit.min.css

It would be best if you can consult with this com_rsform extension developer regarding this.
