Easysocial wont install

When i go to instal easysocial i get to step 4 and it is stuck at 78%, i think it has to do with privacy issues or error reporting is strict...please help. I updated my site details, please and thanks

Hello Paul,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I have done some debugging in your site and I suspected that your webserver enable some of the bandwidth throttle configuration to prevent multiple request/ajax request at the same URL. I tried to access your site ftp but it seems like the authentication was invalid. It giving me this error:


Response:	530 Login authentication failed

Error:	Critical error

Error:	Could not connect to server

Can you provide us with the correct authentication to your site ftp so that we can continue debugging this issue and soon fixing this issue. I am very sorry for the late reply.

Please be advise.
