Unfortunately that was no any setting for disable these info from the module.

But you can modify this from this file -> JoomlaFolder/modules/mod_easysocial_videos/tmpl/default.php

Once you modified later, you can copy this file and override into your current template file location

JoomlaFolder/templates/YourCurrentTemplate/html/mod_easysocial_videos/default.php

For those new folder/file, you have to create by yourself.
