Hello,

We are using joomla groups to filter our members (new, experts ..).
We would like to show a module with "Connected experts" but we cant find a joomla group filter in this module,

can you advise please ? how caw we show those members in a a module ?
Hm, not really sure if I understand you here but the users module in EasySocial only allows you to filter by profile types. If each of your profile type are associated with Joomla user groups on a 1 to 1 basis, then I guess you could filter by profile types?

Hi Mark,

we have only one profile type for easysocial but we created a second sub group in joomla for the experts members, they belong to both joomla groups : Members and Experts.

Is there a way to create a new ES profile for those members without loosing their actual profiles ?

Hm, you can create a new profile type and then switch the user to the profile type. It will try to match their profile fields accordingly to the new profile type.

You should actually try this with a new user first
