Hi

I'm running EasySocial with WebKul's Facebook feed for EasySocial. It's currently set up to import a Facebook feed that will appear in a users profile.
Their instructions suggest the same information can also appear in the main site feed. I've approached them about this and they are telling me that the problem lies on EasySocials side.

I've checked through all the settings and can't figure out how to bring this feed through to the main feed.

I've attached the WebKul installation instructions, which contains a screen shot of exactly what I want under "Front View of Dashboard for Facebook Wall Feeds" on page 6

I'm wondering if you could take a look at the site and see if there is a setting or something I am missing. Thank you
Hi Andrew,

It seems like the login credential given is not working http://take.ms/e3zsJ

Hi Andrew,

It seems you are using latest version of EasySocial 2.1 that might not compatible with the apps: http://take.ms/o0hku
I'm not sure why they are pointing the issue to us
Can you consult with their developer regarding this? Perhaps, they can update their Facebook Wall Feeds app to be compatible with the latest version of EasySocial 2.1.x

Just updating this one - Gave up on the Webkul product. From my perspective it didn't work as described.

Hi

Yes there were several emails backwards and forwards. I think there was a bit of confusion with their product description, instructions and screen shots based on an older version of EB. Anyway I figured out it was never going to do the job that I thought it said it would. They did offer several times to do "custom work" ;-)

Cheers
