EasySocial URLs are different after Joomla 3.7 upgrade

I upgraded last night to Joomla 3.7. Now when users click on one of the groups our pages, it changes the url from https://www.vine-community.com/vine/index.php/connect to https://www.vine-community.com/vine/index.php/component/easysocial/...

This then results in it pulling the template for our visitors rather than using the echo template for the EasySocial parts of our site. Login info is in my Site Details.

Regarding your issue, I've added a fix on your site and the links in your EasySocial are now working correctly
The same fix will be added into next release of EasySocial 2.0.17

Hello Jeromy,

Hm, this is odd. It seems like there is a menu id on the site that doesn't exist in Joomla's menu. Is it possible for you to provide us with the FTP access? The pages seems to be trying to route using the menu id of 1319 but I don't seem to see such menu even in the trash.
