Error message: "Error updating component when using the API from Joomla. Please try again."

For Verclytte, yes you will need to manually download them from your dashboard and manually upload them through Joomla extension section.

Hey Verclytte,

Yes, as per Supporter's post, there is a bug in 3.0.1 which prevented the site from updating to 3.0.2 with the single click updater The only way to address this is with the release of 3.0.3 which fixes the bug on 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 so that 3.0.3 onwards, you may use the single click updater.

It is tricky when it comes to issues like this but once we get it sorted out, it would be smooth sailing

do I have to download the "Launcher package" or "full package" ?

Il y a un bug dans la version 3.0.1 qui empêche la mise à jour vers 3.0.2 en un seul clic via le panneau de contrôle de l'extension.
La future version 3.0.3 corrigera ce bug et il sera possible à nouveau de faire la mise à jour via via le panneau de contrôle de l'extension.

En attendant, vous devez télécharger le "Launcher package" et l'installer via l'administration de joomla.
