EasySocial Upcoming Birthday: User list is too big

Hi. I just try to publish "EasySocial Upcoming Birthday", but user list is too big. It take over 90% of page height.
So for me it's not possible to use it at the moment.

May be it's possible in future to add some "Load more..." button (like inside album) or add option to display only friend's Birthday?

We actually need more time to restructure this birthday module current behavior to become load more style and we will push this out in 3.2 major release version.
