I've tried to access in your Joomla backend but it seems like you provided that login credential is not working.

Warning

Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

By the way, can you try re-save setting from backend > Easysocial > profile type > select all the profile type > click privacy tab > click save

After that refresh your user profile page from frontend and see is it still hitting that error?
