Hi Torgrim,
You would need to create submenu items under the "Medlemssider"/"Community" menu item to have submenu items under that menu item. I have helped you create 2 examples(http://take.ms/ECNnm, http://take.ms/ET6pX). You can create and configure the rest.
Note:
1. You have to create and associate the same menu and submenu items in other language's menu as well or they would not show when the page is in another language.
2. In the menu module's configuration page, you should disable this option(http://take.ms/BrPsf) as it causes issues with the display of submenu items. Remember to do this for all other language's menu module.
