Hello. Can you replicate this as an issue on Charm... on small screen view where ES toolbar items collapse down to a menu icon, I find the menu icon doesn’t do anything?

If you want to try it on my site it’s /test2 (with my website in my site details info on this forum)

I’ll go try it on Charm demo site too - only just thought of doing that... will report back
Yes works on your demo site. Can you see the issue on my site though?

Hi Andy,

I tried to use smallest width possible to view your site and it seems to be working fine on my end as you can see as listed below.

Chrome

Firefox

Maybe you can provide us with more details on how to replicate this issues on your or maybe provide us which browser are you using right now and maybe provide us with videos on how to replicate this.

Please advice.

Can you try it from a mobile phone device? On big screen I can get the menu showing just fine like your screenshots... but it's from the mobile view where the menu has to be opened by the 'menu' icon (some people call it the 'hamburger' icon - the 3 stacked lines - like the one to open the off-canvas menu)... it's that 'menu' icon that seems inactive.

Hi Andy,

Seems like i can replicate this on my end. I have logged this issues internally and will included them on our next release version. Thanks for your understanding.

OK glad you were able to replicate the issue.

As its critical functionality, this is all I'm waiting on now before I make the wonderful "Charm" my default template

Just for your information, I have locked and marked this thread as resolved to avoid confusions in the future. Please start a new thread if you have any other issue in the future so it will be easier for us to manage your inquiries.
