HI

I've a feeling that the lower toolbar in your demo is down to your template, but it's a great feature!

Our site is supporting 'more mature' people who are far less savvy than the young and who haven't any idea what a dropdown menu is!
Soooo....a proper lower toolbar like your demo would be brilliant!

Is this a feature/module that I haven't found yet or is there a workaround that I might be able to use to achieve it?

many thanks
Paul
Hello Paul.

The lower menu don't appear in frontend even you already set frosty theme as default because you set the default theme to wireframe in Profile Types. I suggest you to set it to use default selected theme. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-23_1908.png

Hope this help you

Hi Paul,

The Stackideas demo site is using the "Frosty" theme. You can try it by change the default theme to Frosty in: Easysocial / Themes.

If you are using multiple profile type, you can also override the default Theme in each profile type by editing them.

Hope this help.

Thanks

Am I missing another setting though.
I've selected Frosty, then in the admin themes > Toolbar
show toolbar = yes
show notification bar = yes

The only one that I can see though is the one with the 3 icons on the left (dashboard,, friend request, notifications...and the account dropdown)

Where do I turn on the lower menu..the one which starts My Profile, Friends...ending with points and Applications.... ??

Thanks

Hello Paul.

I have checked your site. You have created the style.css overwrite file for easysocial in your current template . The frosty theme is working fine when i rename that file (/public_html/templates/shaper_organic_life/html/com_easysocial/styles/style.css).

Here is the screenshot : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-23_1735.png

If you want to do modification for EasySocial toolbar, I suggest you overwrite the css style add in your current template custom.css file

Ok

I temporarily renamed the file and, as expected the toolbar changed from green to blue...

How did you get the lower toolbar/menu to appear??

Ok...have done that...but still no lower menu

Sorry about this...

Also don't really understand why the override file now doesn't work...it was importing and overriding wireframe styles in base.min, style.min, more.min.....really need the green!!!!
Have copied this code into the template's custom.css....just wondered why the original override doesn't work now
