When users upload files to a group, the file is indicated as uploaded with the UTC time instead of the local time. I just added a file on Friday evening (America/Vancouver Tome Zone) and it shows as being uploaded on Saturday, presumably UTC.

Joomla Server time is set to America/Vancouver
User profile is set to America/Vancouver
Default profile is set to America/Vancouver
php.ini date.timezone = "America/Vancouver"
I can't find any other place to set the time zone.

Regarding your issue, I've fixed the issue internally. Can you download the attached file.php and copy the file into folder 'JOOMLA/easysocial/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/explorer/' and overwrite the existing file.php file. Remember to backup the original file before you actually overwrite the updated file Let me know if the updated file fixed your issue or not.


The same fix will be added into next release of EasySocial
