Where is the settings for controlling what (post cover image, text truncation, etc.) get listed in EasySocial stream when user publishes a new (EasyBlog) blog?
hey Torgrim,

Thanks for getting back to us quickly,

I've applied some fix in this 2 files and installed successfully for the blog app.
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\controllers\apps.php
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\includes\installer\helpers\joomla.php

You can change the setting for blog stream truncation now.

Seems like I have an old (1.0.18) version of User - Blog application.
Tried downloading the newest 1.0.19 version from your site, but can not install (not through EasySocial > Applications > Install, or Extensions > Manage). What to do?

That was strange, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Thanks Arlex!

But no option for not showing blog image/post cover in stream...(only options for putting image left or right). This is strange that you do not have an option for not including image/post cover in stream?

You're welcome Torgrim

You're right, because previously most of the user also request to display post cover on blog stream, so maybe we missed up this option.

By the way, I will add this option in next blog app version.

If you really do not want to show post cover in blog stream, you can temporary apply this css code in your current template css file

body div#fd.es .es-stream-content .blog-description img {
display: none !important;
}

Hope this help.
