We suspect the problem is coming from your template. Because when we changed back to Joomla default template, protostar, it is working fine as shown in the video. https://take.ms/TNgFZ

You can try it by changing the default template for your https://www.yannanderson.com/en/friends at its menu item and try again as shown in the screenshot. https://take.ms/OKHvM

After that, change back to 'Use default' and try again. The issue will occur back.

But we still unable to figure it out what is the cause of it after long checking.

Perhaps you can consult with your current template provider regarding this and see how it goes.
