Unfortunately that was not possible to achieve this, but you can hide which kind of stream type from your dashboard, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

For example if one user change his photo I dont want to notify to all user that him changed his photo

Yes, it was possible to disable this `Everyone` filter from backend setting, but when you disable this, you have no longer see which groups updates unless they is your friends. Because currently we do have `Me & Friends` filter which available in dashboard.

Yes, this was possible to disable it from backend > Easysocial > application > filter `user` > edit `Photos` app > you can refer on my attached screenshot for those option you can disable it.

Yes, it actually depend on the app itself, if there got any option for disable these stream, so it will not appear on your site Easysocial dashboard.
