Hi,

Refer attachment. In the past (ver 1.3.28) when a user shared a message with another, both their names were displayed in the post. E.g. Mohd Yaseer > Amalina (last post in the attachment). Now, when a user shares a message (Dashboard -> write message -> Share -> Custom), the name of the person this message has been shared with is not displayed. Noticed this on ES 1.3.30. Can we have this feature back? Kinda need it for our implementation.

Thx.
Hey Juz,

There is no such feature previously. The name > target will only appear if you post something on another person's profile. The privacy has nothing to do with this

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your response. In that case, if a member shares a private message with another, is it possible to specify username the message is shared with? At the location in the attachment. Otherwise how does the member remember/know whom the message has been shared with [suppose it was to be shared with 10 individuals etc.]? Without having to write in each individuals profile. Is there any alternative solution/recommendation?

Cheers!
Juz

Hi Juz,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

Thank you for the heads up on this. Currently we do not have such features as the main purpose of this custom privacy is to make the status post visible to selected users only. I'm afraid we do not have a quick workaround in order to achieve this out of the box yet . However we will see if we can improve this feature in the near future of easysocial.
