EasySocial keeps sending me blank subscription confirmations.
I have disabled subscribe using Facebook details and now everyone is required to complete a form. However, still it keeps doing it.
Hello Vlad,

I am sorry but I don't really get you here. Can you please elaborate more on this please? What emails are you getting? As far as I recall, EasySocial does not send any "subscription confirmation" emails.

Its the message you get when you have someone registered. But I have received about 30 int he last 10 hours which are blank - i.e. no registration details. Seems like system is going crazy.

Hello Vlad,

I can't really tell you what is the problem here unless if you can provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site to check on this.

Hi Vlad,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

The admin login credential that you provided failed the authenticate me when I attempt to login to your Joomla backend. By the way, can you also provide me your site the FTP account so that I can debug this issue further?

Anyway, can i know what is the reproduce steps for this issue?
Please advise.

Hi Vlad,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Em, still no luck. I still not able to access to your Joomla backend. Is your site block IPs from certain country? If yes, then maybe you want to whitelist this ip address: 175.142.133.115

Please advise.

This is what one of the potential registeres users said

Tried registering on that site BUT it jumps straight from clicking on reg and then proceeds to say reg has been completed when no reg details have been taken!

This is a disaster. I have had so many blank messages. If each of them is a missed opportunity to get someone subscribed - software is a faliure.

Please look into this asap!

Please dont tell me you can access admin - you did before Im sending my pw again.

Hi,

Yes indeed we are able to access previously but we no longer can. Screenshot: https://db.tt/31qgS76t

This is most likely caused by the fact that there are no fields on the registration field in your front end.

Are you having an issue as shown in screenshot: https://db.tt/nuV0deuV ?

If so, then double check:

1. Check if EasySocial -> Settings -> Registration -> Mini Registration -> Mode is set to "Quick". Screenshot: https://db.tt/KaDciHEP
2. Get the profile that is set in EasySocial -> Settings -> Registration -> Mini Registration -> Profile.
3. With the profile set in #2, go to EasySocial -> Profile Types -> Profile (from #2) -> Custom Fields. Screenshot: https://db.tt/sl5inwzo
4. Ensure that mandatory fields such as Joomla Email, Joomla Username, Joomla Fullname, Joomla Password is set to show in mini registration. Screenshot: https://db.tt/YxJJ34lg

The problem is when others access my website here http://chamberscn.com/Community/Login.html
once they click on register - it takes them to have been registered without asking for details.
Is this the problem you have described above?
