EasySocial Search - Returned Blogs don't respect EasyBlog routings (v1.2.4)

Hi there - I've noticed that when EasyBlog entries get returned on the EasySocial search - they don't respect the routing behaviour that has been set up.

Eg I have a blog in a running category and on a running menu and it's blog routing is, for example, http://www.mysite.com/runinfo

..but when you find it via the EasySocial search it gets given the URL http://www.mysite.com/blog/runinfo - and so that messes up the whole intended layout / module positioning of the page, etc, etc....

Regarding your issue, I've added a fix to your EasyBlog finder plugin and I then re-run the indexing from your Joomla smart search and now the link to your EasyBlog should work correctly.

Hello Andy,

This is probably more of an issue with the finder plugin for EasyBlog. Is this the latest version of the plugin?

Hi Mark - Using my Extension Manager search, all I can see is "Smart Search - Easy Blog" plugin - and that's version 3.9.1..... Is that the one?

Regarding your issue, i cant seem to be able to replicate your issue from my end. Can you pass me your Joomla backend admin access and your ftp account so that I can investigate your issue further?
