I need help. I would like to have more characters in results when i search via EasySocial search (module) (pls see attachment). Where can i change it or how can i set it up?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?
by the way, may i know which search keyword you would like to search in Easysocial module?
