Not sure if the two issues are related, but the first problem is that no one can sign up for my site. No matter what information is placed in the Username and Email fields, they show the red outline. I'm not sure if I changed a setting somewhere or what might be going on. I have a copy of the site in another subdomain and everything works fine.

Thinking this might be a Profile Types issue with ES, I went to check that area and when I go to edit any of the custom fields, I get the "loading configuration" popup, but it never goes any further.

Are these related? Anyone have ideas or a solution for either issue or both?

[Also had this error message earlier: "Model class easydiscussModelCategory not found in file" again not sure if related, but within the same timeframe as the issues above.]
Hello Justin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Nope, it's still not working Anyway, since you are using siteground, I believe you are using their "Staging" functionality? If you are on their staging functionality, it causes an issue with EasySocial because EasySocial actually stores the site url on a javascript cache file and the way their staging mode behaves is to do a global search / replace of the output and this causes an issue.

Hello Justin,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Did you set any $live_site property in your configuration.php file? For some reasons it looks like the AJAX calls are being made towards http://spa-ciety.com/ instead of http://staging1.spa-ciety.com

I can't check your configuration.php because the provided access is not working and I need the ftp access to help you check on this.

By the way, please do remember to set your licensed domain for your license on http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Hi Mark, The actual site is spa-ciety.com. The other link is to a staged version where I am making changes before pushing it live to spa-ciety.com

I was just about to push it live when I tested the signups and they were borked. I'm not sure what happened to the access, but I just created a new user and login for you. If I could get some help I would appreciate it. Thank you, JS

Hello Justin,

When I tried to connect to the FTP, this is what I am seeing, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-01-11_1355.png . I don't seem to see any Joomla related files here

Ok, new ftp info below. I tested it with Filezilla and it provides the proper access.

In addition to my earlier noted issues, it looks like I cannot input information into any field where a "check" or validation is done on any Stackideas module site wide. As well, all newly created ED categories yield a 404 access error when attempting to connect via menu or category list.

I'm stumped .

Have you attempted to connect again Mark?

I'm having all sorts of potentially related issues. Not sure what you were writing about previously, but I am around if you'd like to dialogue.

(tried to upload more than image here, but for some reason it will only show and save one. I guess it's not my week with stackideas.)

I spoke with my host, SiteGround and they said there is no restriction or anything. I am able to login fine. Is there anyway you can confirm the info you typing in? I will leave my contact info in the site details.

Could you please try once more. I have copied the details directly from my cPanel information. The errors indicate the the wrong info was being typed in previously. This is absolutely, positively the correct info in the Site Details. I am connected right now via Filezilla using this exact information. I triple checked it.
