Hello,

On our site we have enabled EasySocial as the registration process. However, we have been getting notifications of users (all fake accounts) registering through the default joomla registration process. We can differentiate because the notification message is not the EasySocial message (name has registered at sitename.), but instead it is the default joomla message (Account details for name at sitename.) Once the EasySocial registration process is enabled shouldn't the default joomla registration process be disabled and unavailable to visitors?

Thank you.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Can you check this plugin System - Easysocial and see whether you have enable this setting 'Enable com_users Redirection'? If no, you have to enabled it so system will redirect Joomla login/registration page to Easysocial login/registration page.

If the issue still persists, can you update your site backend and FTP access so we can better have a check.

The setting was not enabled. We have enabled it now and will monitor for any continued problems.

Thank You.
