Easysocial Registration, hiding users display in profile type selection page

Hi Support,

1. Previously, to hide users from displaying in profile type page, i can edit from the ES theme file, but now there is no option to do this. How do i hide the users display (refer attached)? Kindly advise.

The setting to prevent users registered in the profile type from displaying in the profile type selection during registration is located here: Settings>Users>Registration>Show Users Registered in Profile(http://take.ms/dzITj)
