I have been working with my provider on sending emails when someone registers to the site. They did tests on their server, and the email server and said that the emails with the activation codes were only going to the administrator email address. So I am seeing what is going on wrong and why I can't get the emails out to the user then selves who register to the site. Currently a person would go to the site, register either with Facebook or register with the site by filling out either the short form or long form. In the end, no one is getting the activation email and no one can activate their account. So people register to the site, but can't login due to the fact that the account is blocked. I am assuming EasySocial is the registration program since I am using the lock in the upper right hand corner of the site.

Any help is appreciated, thank you for the time you guys take to look into this I really do appreciate it.
Hi Zack,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've checked the system and the email did get logged into joomla mail and get sent to your mail server. You can check from your backend > easysocial > email activity where you will see my test mail there is marked as sent. However I am not entirely sure what is happening to the email when it reach to your email server and causing me not able to receive the email.

May I know did email "admin@theelectronicgarage.com" received the registration email just now during my test?

I checked my spam and checked the trashcan to see if I deleted it by accident, nothing.

I will keep an eye on the registration if it gets sent to me. Here is the thing... I can send a email to and from the site using my cell phone and the account in question for the email at admin@theelectronicgarage.com but I can not seem to get the site to send a email from EasySocial to the person who makes an account. Somewhere it is getting stuck, and my hosting provider said it is not on there end.

Hi Zack,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

I believe something is wrong with your mail configuration as the site admin did not get the registration email as well. EasySocial does not handle the mail send behavior as it using joomla mail settings directly. Perhaps you can double check your joomla mail configuration with your mail server and see how it goes?
