Are you trying to import your customized region into EasySocial?

If yes, you can go to the database table `#__social_regions` and check and see how the region and state stored in this table.

You can go to JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/regions/country.json and JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/regions/state.json to customize your country and state.

After that, you can just select 'Initialise database' then press 'Start' at the backend as shown in the screenshot to store it. https://take.ms/7N8nZ

If you found out that this table is empty, you can do the same step that I mentioned above.
