Was just wondering if the OneSignal app you offer in your marketplace will push the EasySocial PAGE announcements (and other notifications) to user on mobiles phones even if they are not logged into the site ?

Thanks
Danny
Hi Danny,

I'm guessing the actual EasySocial APP will do this ?

This is something we want to add into EasySocial native mobile in the future

Also, are you 100% sure this isn't something that CAN be done with OneSignal ?
They offer Web Push notifications (claiming users can get notifications when not even on the website per se)
Re: https://onesignal.com/webpush
The actually mentioned this would work everywhere except on IOS (iPhones)

Regarding the above, I am sorry if my previous message somehow confused you. What I mean is, we do not have such mobile app for onesignal push notification in EasySocial.

Yes, OneSignal webpush notification will still work if you are not on the website. What I mean is, if user already subscribed to onsignal notification in EasySocial, they should be able to receive the push notification even if they are not on the website. This is true provided they did not clear their browser cookies. Please see https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/browser-behavior

Hope this help and have a nice day

Unfortunately currently that is not possible to push the notification to the user if they logged out from the web app.

Hi
Thanks for the answer.
If you're a OneSignal member; is there a notification APP you can download to get notifications for an EasySocial instance you have registered ?
I'm looking for a way to improve PUSH notifications to users on their mobiles.
Thanks
Danny
