Hi Ajay Mian,

Sorry for late reply to this,

I suspect that was cache issues, may i know do you have any customization file from your current template?

If yes, is it can temporary rename the file and clear all the cache and see how it goes?

If the issues still persist, can you provide us with your FTP access so we can better have a look?

By the way, I hitting this error 500 - An error has occurred. when I try to login in your backend. Please advise.

My two cents, if there is customization to the template, it's well worth cloning the original template and renaming the edited one. Backups are always handy for troubleshooting.

Hello Ajay.

Did you do css customization for easysocial frosty theme? If not, can I have permission to update your easysocial?

And when I tried access to your FTP, I don't see any easysocial component in your FTP. Did provide the correct FTP for us?

Looking forward for your reply

Error: Could not connect to server

Hello Ajay,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

We are not entirely sure why the themes file for your easysocial is not behaving as it should be. I've checked your template file and you do not make any easysocial modification from there. Can I have the permission to re-install your easysocial components to ensure everything is fresh again? Please advise.

Hi Ajay,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've helped you with the installation and adding the following css code for the toolbar inside your /templates/a1cplus/css/a1cplus.css,
body div#fd.es .es-toolbar {
z-index: 1 !important;
}

It should working fine now. Can you verify it for me?
