Hi, we have an application that will require a backend access by certain users. The application relies retrieving EasySocial users and groups profile information. Although we are aware we can implement this with strict security access from the backend, we are thinking to create a subdomain just for this application with EasySocial installed and sync the EasySocial profiles to the subdomain in certain interval of time. Is this doable? Is there a better method?
Hi Alex,

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly here, do you mean you have a application installed in subdomain and you as well want to install EasySocial there. But you also want the user(EasySocial) get sync from your actual domain?

Hi Alex,

I think I need more clarification from you in more detail, so we can understand what you trying to do:
The application relies retrieving EasySocial users and groups profile information.

May I know what kind of the application that you mention here? and how exactly it works?(retrieving users and group)

I would like to sync profile information from the main to the subdomain.

Do the subdomain that you mention here is from two separate site? or it is actually from a same database?

Let me make it simpler . . . is there a way where we cam sync Easysocial form one site to another (main site to a subdomain who do not share the same database?)

Can we create a subdomain that shares same database as the main one so that the subdomain EasySocial will have the same profile information?

Hi Alex,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:

I'm afraid to say it is not possible currently.

Can we create a subdomain that shares same database as the main one so that the subdomain EasySocial will have the same profile information?

Actually there is one extension called MightySites http://take.ms/xKbw7 , that might be meet your requirement here.
However, it could be best if you contact with them first regarding this for further information

Thanks for your cooperation and understanding Alex
