Hello Mark,

The values in the column named "unique_key" in the table the "#__social_fields" are not unique.

Admin is able to create custom fields with the same "unique_key" for different user profiles.

Is this the expected behavior?
Yes, it is intended behavior.

The admin can able to set the same unique key under different user workflow only.

In other words, it is not possible to set the same unique key under the same user workflow.
