From the screenshot, you are referring to pages.
Firstly, to remove the followers, photos, and videos, you can disable the respective widgets in the applications section(http://take.ms/b3sCP). Make sure you are disabling the option in the apps that belongs to pages.

As for the applications and custom filter, there is no setting to disable these. If you really want to, you would have to template override the following file: JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/pages/item/default.php(http://take.ms/OzEGS).
