EasySocial Page error

Hi

The following URL has just started to display an error:

https://icultivate.net/community

The error displayed is: DATETIMEZONE::__CONSTRUCT(): UNKNOWN OR BAD TIMEZONE (11)

It only displays this error when the user is not logged in. When a user is logged in, the error does not display and the link works correctly.

This is something that has only recently happened so not sure what has changed to cause it.

Any help is appreciated.

Hey Steven,

Is it possible for you to edit the post and include the FTP access so that I can troubleshoot this?

It seems like you provided that user FTP account do not have permission to access your site root folder , you can check my attached screenshot below.

Hi there,

It seems that there are issues on our Easydiscuss's Apps. I have made some fixes at .../media/com_easysocial/apps/user/discuss/themes/default/streams/comment.content.php, it should works as it should now. This fixes will be included on our next release version.

Please give it a check and see how it goes
