We have a small issue with the EasySocial Notification plugin. Its missing some German translations. Most parts appear in German, however some of them stay in English...

can that be fixed please?

I've tried to replicate this it seems like all the german language was translated except the 'view all' http://take.ms/A6yX8
May I know the proper german translation for this word so we can update it in our server.
For you temporary fix, you can add language override for the language constant below:
COM_ES_VIEW_ALL="View All"

the translation is "Alle anzeigen"
in Transifex COM_ES_VIEW_ALL is translated in <de-DE.com_easysocial.ini> and <de-AT.com_easysocial.ini>

or are the strings for plugins not in Transifex?!

Ops, I'm not get the latest translation file for the german language previously My bad.
Yes Matthias, the translation was already there in the transifex
I've update the german language and the view all is actually translated http://take.ms/UOEof

This is strange indeed, perhaps can you download the attached language file and replace it in the folder:
.../language/de-DE/de-DE.com_easysocial.ini

You're suggested to backup the file that you want to replace beforehand for precaution

I already did the following (you can try it as well, you should have access here):

1.) Whent to htdocs/language/de-DE

2.) renamed de-DE.com_easysocial.ini to de-DE.com_easysocial.ini_

3.) presses purge cache

4.) reinstalled the German language

however that part is still not translated

unfortunately not, the firewall will not allow unrestricted access from random IPs. But if really required i can install a joomla file manager if you know a good one.

I see, you probably can try this extension https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/extplorer/ if you don't mind to temporary install it? But it could be best you can whitelist our Malaysia IP, specifically this IP: 115.135.153.171 so it easier for us debug using FTP instead

yes I know it would be easier, but there is no way to bypass the security concept for the company here and grant you access via FTP. So the component is your our only way, I´m really sorry... But if really needed I can perform nearly any FTP commands directly on the host OS.

Thanks for your cooperation, you are correct it seems like when you try to update to the latest language file it will not get it from our server (my colleague has discover this issue in this ticket: https://stackideas.com/forums/language-discover-isn-t-possible-got-a-red-x-instead#reply-385320 )
However, I've replace the language file with the latest language file
.../language/de-DE/de-DE.com_easysocial.ini
as per my step previously and now it get the latest translation file: http://take.ms/i2zAZ

I will update for the EasyDiscuss now.
