For some reason my easysocial id not working at all. On the backend and the frontend. Can you please take a look.

It seems that when I was trying to access backend, it gave me the following error:


403: Access Forbidden
Your location (MY) has been blacklisted.


Also, when I was trying to access your FTP, it gave me the following error:

Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Hey there,

It seems that it requires an app from EasySocial which is called 'Simgallery' and it is also a 3rd party component.

For now, I had renamed the 'simgallery' folder to 'simgallery_' which is at JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/simgallery/simgallery.php and it should be working fine now.

Can you have a try and see how it goes?

I had sims installed and uninstalled it , is it finally gone ?


I found out that it has been uninstalled.

However, the simgallery in EasySocial's app is not uninstall so this is why it keeps coming out this error.
