I know you all can't diagnose since it is on a local machine, but I wanted to let you know about the issue I was having. I am currently on 1.3.25. My system told me to upgrade to 1.3.26. I clicked on the button to start installing, and everything worked perfectly. No errors. It seemed to upgrade successfully. However, when I went back to the back end, it says that it has not upgraded. I verified within the joomla extension list that it had not upgraded.

Not sure what to do, but thought I would let you know.

Using Xampp (Control Panel v.3.2.1)
Hi Brent Williams,

Can you provide us some screenshot which button are you click for update?

So that we can test on this in locally and see is it can reproduce on this issue?

Sure. The button sent me to http://127.0.0.1/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&launchInstaller=1

That page loaded fine, and all seemed to go well, except for not actually upgrading...

Hello Guys,

Thanks for the heads up on this. We have confirmed that there is some issue with the auto updater button from the backend. For temporary solution kindly use the launcher to update the easysocial to the latest version. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
