I have configured settings in the Users section of the Native App builder for Facebook and Google but still it doesn't show in the app apk version. Pls let me know what is being skipped?

Sorry for the late reply. Have you setup Facebook and Google integration in your Easysocial backend https://take.ms/Iljsu ? Perhaps, you could provide us the access to your backend and FTP. It would be easier for us if you could also provide the access to your Facebook Developer page and Google Console so that we could check all your settings.
