I have two issues with EasySocial Message.
1. When user have new message, a notice appears in module notification ( number 1 appears near a mailbox icon). But when I click to mailbox icon, nothing here. there is notice: you haven't any message yet.
2. Can I configure setting that allows members to send messages by pressing the Enter key? When writing messages and using the mouse click the Submit button, so very inconvenient, and so slow too.
Hi Hoang,

I've added a fix on your site. Can you please try again?
Thanks.

Hello Hoang,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Please find the answers to your inquiries below:

1. When user have new message, a notice appears in module notification ( number 1 appears near a mailbox icon). But when I click to mailbox icon, nothing here. there is notice: you haven't any message yet.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

2. Can I configure setting that allows members to send messages by pressing the Enter key? When writing messages and using the mouse click the Submit button, so very inconvenient, and so slow too.

I am sorry but unfortunately this is not possible yet but we do intend to allow the user to change this behavior in the future versions of EasySocial.

It's good for chatting, but not good for well constructed messages that break up paragraphs. Facebook has it set so that the "submit on enter" feature is activated if the user chooses to have it. This in turn will work for everyone if it's a preference. But it might be complicated to make.
