Is there a Member Search module for EasySocial? I thought there was but I can't find it anywhere....

I'll add it to Voices if there isn't?

On my Users page I have 5000 users - I want to allow people to type a name and find who they are looking for.

I guess the default is the search on the toolbar but I can't have that activated because it confuses my users because I also have a site wide search module on every single page.
Andy, the search module will be available in 1.1.0 See http://stackideas.com/roadmap/easysocial

How advanced will it be?
Some requests (you must now hate all requests that over flood your site )
Possibility to Search by:
Profile type(s)
Gender
Geolocation (range km/ms)
Birthday (year range)

Kristian,

The search module is basically a replica of the search text in the toolbar. Those advance searching would only be available on EasySocial 2.0
