Hi There

Yesterday on ES I disabled lock-in mode but later enabled it.

I do not remember clinking anything else, but now I can not log into Joomla!!!!

I believe it requires you going through the database in the PHP and see the module settings to see what has been disabled that now under admin I can not get onto my website.

I have lest the credentials in box below.

Thanks

Vlad
HI it seems ok now, I have changed the password from myPHP ADMIN.

But what could possibly have cause this? Any incidents of this before happenning?

Hi Vlad,

EasySocial login module will not alter your password from your Joomla unless you've updated your password from EasySocial profile edit page or from your EasySocial backend user manager page. Do you have any 3rd party user plugins that manipulate your user's data? If yes, try to disable them and if your issue still come back ?

Please advise.

Hope this help and have a nice day!
Sam
