I keep randomly getting raw html code instead of forum content whenever I try to click on the community homepage.
It occurs in Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

I've tried clearing my browser cache and the site's cache but that doesn't seem to help.

At first, I thought the problem was the template I was using but this is happening even after I switched templates.

The attached screenshot is an example of what I get.

Any idea what could be causing something like this?
Hello Miko,

I have been browsing your site for quite a while now with several different browsers but I am yet to hit the issue that you were facing. Tested it on Chrome, Firefox and Safari as well.

Though, I did see people report about some users reporting that System - Page Cache is causing issues on their site but I have never seen anything like this so far.

Is this problem only happening recently? Any new plugins which you have installed?

Hi Mark.

That's really weird. I'm running into this problem an both my phone and PC.

I haven't installed any plugins that should be causing a conflict. The only thing I did was change the url of the community. First, I had it at specfics.com/community but I changed that to the homepage specfics.com. That's when it started happening.

System Cache is disabled on my site too...

Hi Miko,

I've tried to replicate this issue in your site, seems like I cannot exactly sure how to replicate this as it is randomly happened to me as well
Perhaps, can you set up a test/staging site identical with your live site so we can troubleshoot in depth? Where we need to enable errors that might shows in your site while troubleshoot this.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi Fadhli,

I never could figure out what was causing the problem but it looks like it had something to do with the JoomlArt templates I was using. I went ahead and switched to one of Stack Ideas' templates and the problem went away. (I'm having some trouble configuring the template but I created a new support ticket for that)
