Can you try download my attached file and replace into
Events
JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\apps\event\polls\themes\default\views\default.list.php

Groups
JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\apps\group\polls\themes\default\views\default.list.php

Note : You have to extract the file and follow the folder name replace the default.list.php file into group/event

Then add these few language string into JoomlaFolder\language\en-GB\en-GB.com_easysocial.ini and see how it goes?

works but also translations should be updated..

Can you update the following language string into your site again ?

If after updated and these language string still not updated, can you provided us some screenshot and FTP access so we can help you check on this?
