Regarding your issue, I not sure if i understand your issue correctly but EasySocial do not have any avatar integration with Kunena. Or are you referring to EasyBlog?

2/ user use kunena avatar
3/ i want to have avatar kunena on easysocial

4/ i use migrator

User avatar in Kunena will also be migrated as well

and that is not the case.

4/ perhaps i have to do something like turn on plugin ?

We do have Kunena avatar migration in Easysocial, that migrator located at backend > Easysocial > migration > kunena

Before you proceed this, you have to backup your data from your database first.

as, i said i have already do this

it take about ten hour of process, i have about 22400 users....

so i think it did not work.

at the end of the migration, the avatar is substitute ?

where is the folder of the avatar after the migrate- process ?

Yes, by right after migration is done, Easysocial user avatar will automatically use Kunena avatar image as well.

Those avatar image will stored at this file location JoomlaFolder/media/com_easysocial/avatars/users/userId/...

Can you update your following details at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?

- Joomla backend
- FTP access
- database access

1/ ok it did not work because there are

media/kunena/avatars/users : 331 pictures

and

media/com_easysocial/avatars/users/userId/.
(only 6, i have created 1 and other users create 5...).

I suspect last time you perform that migration did hitting time out error because i only perform migrate avatar, it also hitting the time out error for 1 time, then i run again the migration, it migrated all the Kunena avatar image into Easysocial now.

Can you give it a check is it all migrated correctly?

media/kunena/avatars/users : 331 pictures - 5 different file type e.g. pdf,html,htm,svg

media/com_easysocial/avatars/users/userId/. : 327 - 1 html file.

total is 326.
