Hello,

I upgraded ES last week using the directory method. It installed successfully. The issue I am having now is that I am unable to access anything on ES backend.

From the Joomla control panel, when I click on Components - EasySocial - Settings, it takes me to the installer page. I have ran this installer at least twice now and it came back successful. When I click on launch back end, it goes back to the installer again. Its like its in a loop.

Please advice.

To be honest I have no idea how you performed the installation but all I did was accessed http://stackideas.com/dashboard to download the latest installer. Then, proceeded to your site and perform the installation

Hello Moses Gbadebo,

It seems like your update is not complete yet, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

You guys rock! - I had the same problem - came here, downloaded the 'new' loader, and she zoomed right in there..
Always pays to check the forums first when you have problems I suppose - Thanks Again!
