I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

Can you try download my attached file and replace into JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\includes\crawler\hooks\images.php and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on this?
