In ES groups we would like to let discussions app only to use groups for this, we cant disable the status app seems freezed, any way to do it ?

Which part you mean status app seems freeze?
Is it possible for you update your correct site backend access and provide us some of the screenshot which you referring to.

secondo, can you help to add a start discussion button juiste beside the groups "..." button.

We would like to show Discussion form by default in groups and hide the status form which is opening by default,
For the button check the screenshot bellow.

Unfortunately that was no easy way to set 'Discussion' show default tab in the group, if you really want this, you can always request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations".

Regarding with your second request, you can download my attached file and replace into this template override file location.

by the wya, we cant find where to translate the "ask a question" text! i looked in the easydiscuss lang file and app lang file but nothing!
