I think you want this:
From Joomla administration panel go to Components -> EasySocial -> Access -> Unpublish the item "Moderate Group Creation"

how to enable quick registration module like the attached image ?

I didn't have much time to try it, but I think you will find the settings to play with in Components -> EasySocial -> Settings -> Registration in the "Mini Registration" section.
