Thank you for your inquiry. 'Events' will be available in the next release of EasySocial, which is EasySocial 1.3. I've inquired from Mark and it appears that we don't really have an exact estimation time for it's release. Currently our primary goal is to gather any feedback for EasySocial 1.2 and fix them with minor releases. To be honest, if 'Event' is the core of your current site, I'd suggest for you to wait for EasySocial 1.3. However, if 'Event' is not the main function of your site, we welcome you to try out EasySocial 1.2 and see how it goes.
