Hi,

I tried installing EasySocial to a website other than my licensed one using full installer. The steps I followed were:
1. Downloaded the full package from my stackIdeas dashboard
2. Used Joomla Install option to install the package
3. Stepped successfully through step 1 and 2 of the installation process
4. Chose Install via directory option at step 3

At step 4, the installation process is stuck at extracting component files stage [progress 0%]

Previously I had tried installing twice:

1. via the launcher package (stuck at step 4 - downloading installation files 0%) and abandoned the process
2. via the full package but with incorrect option of 'install via directory (stuck at step 4 - downloading installation files 0%) and abandoned the process

Could you please advise on how I could get past the installation issue I am currently facing?
