EasySocial Followers ( no Display All Friends Link option )

Hello,

In the ES followers module we dont have the option " Display All Friends Link " like the Friends module,
Only the choosed number of people is shown without a link to check other followers.

Please add the Display All Friends Link option in this module too.
Moving this into the feature request area
