Hey Alex,

Should I provide you with my email+password or can I grant you access to the app through adding you as a administrator?

Let me know

Hello Benoit,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply as it weekends for all of us here.

I've helped you with the configuration of the facebook apps and I have successfully registered to your site using my facebook account. Can you verify it for me?

I can see that you created an account, but when I try to do the same, I get this:

"The URL provided is not allowed by the application configuration .: One or more URLs provided are not allowed by the application settings. It should match the URL of the site or Canvas, or domain should be a subdomain of one of the fields of application."

Not sure why...

Hello Benoit,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I've applied some fix inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/oauth/clients/facebook/consumer.php and everything is working correctly now. Check my screenshot here for your facebook registration, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-23_1729_001.png

Hope these help.

I don't understand how you made it work :O because it still does not work for me.

This is the popup I get everytime I try to click on "Register with facebook account".

I don't know what to do should I reinstall ES? Recreate the FB app?

Sorry for the trouble

Yup, it worked!

Quick question, could I change the FB app settings to get "unicyclist.info" as url or is "http://www.unicyclist.info" mandatory?

Thanks

Yes, that is the thing we need to discuss with you.

Actually what is your current site domain? without www prefix or ?

If is this domain name without www prefix ( unicyclist.info ), yes, you have to change this from your Facebook app setting.

Once you save it, you have to delete your app from your Facebook > setting > apps > search your apps name > click remove app button ( http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-06-24_0125.png )

After you delete it, go to your phpmyadmin > find this table `#__social_oauth` > delete all the data

Then go to your Easysocial frontpage and click register via Facebook account.

Hope this help.
